Dr. Janelle M.A. Allen is a Human Resource Development and Talent Management Consultant of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. She specialises in organisation design for excellence, strategic human resource development, talent acquisition, and learning and development. As a professional Consultant, Janelle provides a suite of talent management services to organisations and career planning and development for job seekers.
Dr. Allen has led a variety of HR Consulting assignments across a range of sectors, including but not limited to hospitality, financial services, higher education, public sector, quasi-government, telecommunications, retail and ICT. Through these assignments, she has successfully led various HR consulting projects, produced revised HR policies, provided guidance on talent management best practice, compensation analyses, workforce development and planning, and optimised operational systems for efficiency and productivity.
Through M.A HR Solutions, Dr. Allen is able to leverage her years of expertise and training to support corporate and personal clients through customised HR and talent management consulting.
Professional Experience
Dr. Allen has over 19 years' experience and specialist training in Management, Education and Psychology. As a holder of the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHRi) certification through the US-based Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI), and a Doctor of Education from the University of the West Indies, the scope of her professional experiences extend throughout the Caribbean region in human resource consulting, organisational development, talent management, and educational leadership.
